How hard is it to cancel Front?
Front scores 87/100 (grade A) for how clearly it documents cancellation in the US — among the most clearly documented cancellation policies we've scored. Cancellation is available via online (self-serve).
Front (FrontApp, Inc., San Francisco, governed by California law) lets customers self-cancel through the web app: gear icon > Company settings > Billing > Upcoming plan at renewal > Cancel plan, then confirm and select a reason. Cancellation takes effect at the next renewal date. Per the SaaS Services Agreement, monthly and annual payments already made are nonrefundable and no account credit is issued, including for unused time or seats. There is no pause option. Customer data is permanently deleted 30 days after termination, with read-only access during the window and the option to export or request earlier deletion.

Scope & fairness
This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights — scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
