How hard is it to cancel Freshworks?

Freshworks subscriptions can be cancelled online by account administrators through the product's admin settings (Admin > Plans & Billing > Cancel Subscription). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle or subscription term, with no cancellation fees charged. Fees are non-refundable except in cases of material Freshworks breach or prolonged service outage; no mid-term downgrade of user counts or plan tiers is permitted. To avoid auto-renewal, customers must provide 30 days written notice before the term end date.
