Fresh Prep, the Vancouver-based meal kit service (which acquired Montreal's Cook It in 2024 and now serves BC, Alberta, Ontario and Quebec), lets subscribers cancel the auto-renewing subscription self-serve by logging into freshprep.ca, opening Account Settings and selecting Cancel Subscription under Subscription Settings; weeks can also be skipped or paused with no commitment.
