Subscribers could cancel online via the 'Cancel Subscription' link at the bottom of the Edit Plan page in their account dashboard, by phone at (888) 420-4080, or by email at [email protected]. Cancellations had to be submitted by Saturday at 12:00 PM PT to take effect before the following week's order; cancellations after that cutoff would still result in that week's meals being shipped and charged. No prorated refunds were offered for mid-cycle cancellations; dissatisfied customers could request account credits or replacements for order issues within 7 days of delivery. Note: Fresh n' Lean ceased all operations in July 2024 after lender pressure forced an abrupt shutdown.
