Freedom Mobile does not offer a self-serve online cancellation flow; customers must contact Freedom through their preferred channel (phone, live chat/messaging, or in-store visit). No advance notice period is required for customer-initiated cancellations. Upon cancellation, a pro-rated refund is issued for prepaid monthly fees covering days remaining after cancellation, though one-time activation and installation fees are non-refundable. MyTab device financing balances remain payable in full upon cancellation.

  • Pause/freeze: available, Vacation Pass: up to 12 months/year at $15/month (plus tax), for postpaid customers in good standing with no active MyTab financing. Voluntary suspension (lost/stolen device) is free but billing continues regardless of suspension type.
  • Account/data deletion: Customers may request removal of personal data by contacting the Chief Privacy Officer via email at [email protected] or by mail.
