How hard is it to cancel Flo?
Flo scores 66/100 (grade C) for how clearly it documents cancellation in the US, a partially documented cancellation policy with notable gaps. Cancellation is available via in-app, online (self-serve).
Flo Premium subscriptions are managed through the platform where they were purchased: iOS subscribers cancel via Apple device Settings > Subscriptions, Android subscribers cancel via Google Play > Payments & Subscriptions, and web subscribers (app.flo.health) cancel through the Flo app or web browser under Profile > Manage Subscription. A 24-hour notice before the billing period ends is required to avoid the next charge. Web subscription refunds are not self-service, users must contact Flo support with their account email and receipt; iOS and Android refunds are handled by Apple and Google respectively under their own policies. No subscription pause feature is offered.

Scope & fairness
This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights, scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
