How hard is it to cancel Flo?
Flo scores 66/100 (grade C) for how clearly it documents cancellation in the US — a partially documented cancellation policy with notable gaps. Cancellation is available via in-app, online (self-serve).
Flo Premium subscriptions are managed through the platform where they were purchased: iOS subscribers cancel via Apple device Settings > Subscriptions, Android subscribers cancel via Google Play > Payments & Subscriptions, and web subscribers (app.flo.health) cancel through the Flo app or web browser under Profile > Manage Subscription. A 24-hour notice before the billing period ends is required to avoid the next charge. Web subscription refunds are not self-service — users must contact Flo support with their account email and receipt; iOS and Android refunds are handled by Apple and Google respectively under their own policies. No subscription pause feature is offered.

Scope & fairness
This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights — scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
