Plans tied to SK Telecom add-on services cannot be cancelled in the FLO app and must be handled through SKT. Unused subscriptions can be refunded through the FLO customer center within 7 days of purchase.

How to cancel FLO

  • Channels: online (self-serve)
  • Official cancellation page: https://www.music-flo.com/customer/faq
  • Pause/freeze: not offered. No pause option; scheduling cancellation keeps access through the paid period and stops billing from the next cycle.

  • Account/data deletion: Cancellation ends the subscription only; account/data deletion is handled separately under FLO's privacy policy. https://www.music-flo.com/policy/privacy

Scope & fairness

This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights, scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
