How hard is it to cancel FLO?
FLO scores 69/100 (grade C) for how clearly it documents cancellation in the KR — a partially documented cancellation policy with notable gaps. Cancellation is available via online (self-serve).
FLO documents cancellation in the app via the settings icon > My Account Management > current subscription > view details > Cancel Subscription; after scheduling cancellation, the service remains usable through the paid period and automatic billing stops from the next billing date. Plans tied to SK Telecom add-on services cannot be cancelled in the FLO app and must be handled through SKT. Unused subscriptions can be refunded through the FLO customer center within 7 days of purchase.

Scope & fairness
This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights — scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
