How hard is it to cancel FlexClip?
FlexClip scores 80/100 (grade B) for how clearly it documents cancellation in the HK — a clearly documented cancellation policy. Cancellation is available via online (self-serve).
FlexClip cancellation is done online (on a computer only) via profile photo then My Account > Billing, finding the current Video Editor Plan in the Subscription section, and clicking 'Cancel My Subscription' then Continue; Team plans first switch workplace to the Team. After cancellation the user is not charged on the next billing date and retains premium features until the plan expires. A 7-day money-back guarantee applies only to the first payment of the current subscription period (renewals are not eligible) for Plus, Business, and Team plans, requested via the support contact form. The terms note cancellation requests should be made at least 48 hours before renewal.

Scope & fairness
This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights — scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
