Fitness Park France requires cancellation by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt (courrier recommandé avec avis de réception) to the club, with a minimum 4-week notice before the next direct-debit date. Three formula types exist: no-commitment plans cancel anytime on the 4-week notice; 1-year commitment plans cannot be cancelled during the first year except on legitimate grounds (such as health or professional reasons), then convert to the 4-week notice; and fixed-term 1-12 month plans cannot be cancelled early except for force majeure or serious breach by the club. A 14-clear-day cooling-off period (jours francs) applies from contract conclusion. Membership can be suspended for health, pregnancy, or professional reasons exceeding one month, and a EUR15 fee applies if the access card is not returned at contract end.
