Fitness First Singapore cancellations are arranged by appointment by contacting the Member Experience Team on 6713 9120, by email to [email protected], or via the Contact Us page; app subscriptions can be cancelled with 30 days' written notice. One full calendar month's notice is required after completing the minimum contract period, excluding any freeze period. As an IHRSA member it states no long-term contracts, with standard commitments of 4 or 12 months and FITPASS having no contract. A 7-day money-back guarantee gives a full refund of monthly dues and start-up fees, with tiered refunds for PT and supplements, processed within a maximum of 6 weeks. Freezing is available only for medical reasons or overseas assignments exceeding 1 month, with 1 month's notice and a fee.
