Fitbod subscriptions can be cancelled online via app.fitbod.me (Your Plan > Cancel), through the iOS App Store or Google Play settings, or by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; access continues until that date with no proration. Refunds are only available within 10 calendar days of purchase by emailing support; after that window all purchases are final. Pause/freeze is not available, and cancelling a discounted plan forfeits the locked-in rate permanently.
