Fitbit Premium (now branded Google Health Premium) can be cancelled anytime via the Google Health app or the Google Store subscriptions page (store.google.com/subscriptions); Google Play and iOS subscribers manage cancellation through their respective app stores. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, no partial refunds are issued for the remaining term. No pause or freeze feature is available. A 14-day right-of-withdrawal applies for EEA/UK users, but US customers receive no pro-rated refund on cancellation.
