Fitbit Premium (now branded Google Health Premium) can be cancelled anytime via the Google Health app or the Google Store subscriptions page (store.google.com/subscriptions); Google Play and iOS subscribers manage cancellation through their respective app stores. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds are issued for the remaining term. No pause or freeze feature is available. A 14-day right-of-withdrawal applies for EEA/UK users, but US customers receive no pro-rated refund on cancellation.

Scope & fairness

This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights — scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
