How hard is it to cancel Firstleaf?
Firstleaf scores 70/100 (grade B) for how clearly it documents cancellation in the US — a clearly documented cancellation policy. Cancellation is available via online (self-serve), phone.
Firstleaf members can cancel their wine club subscription online by navigating to My Account → Membership Plan → Cancel Membership, or by calling Member Experience at 1-800-461-7203 (Mon–Fri 6am–4pm PT, Sat–Sun 6am–3pm PT). Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the next scheduled order processing date to avoid that shipment. No cancellation fee applies, but credits and benefits expire immediately upon cancellation; a $25 restocking fee applies to orders cancelled after processing. A satisfaction guarantee allows members to request bottle or store credits within 30 days of delivery at the company's discretion.

Scope & fairness
This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights — scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
