How hard is it to cancel Firstbase (firstbase.io)?

Cancellation is not self-serve: you must create a support ticket / email [email protected] with written notice (and, for Mailroom/Agent services, proof of a change of mailing address or appointment of a new registered agent) at least ten (10) business days before the subscription renewal date. You keep access for the remaining period in the current term. All subscription fees are non-refundable and no credit is given for partially used periods. A limited 7-day money-back guarantee applies only to Firstbase Start (incorporation) in cases where the service cannot be fulfilled or where Firstbase controls the outcome; once company details are confirmed, refunds are no longer available.
