How hard is it to cancel Fireflies.ai?

Fireflies.ai subscribers can cancel their paid plan entirely online via Settings > Account > Subscriptions > Cancel, with no phone or mail required. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle, after which the account automatically downgrades to the Free tier with data preserved. Refunds are available within 7 days of signup subject to usage limits (3 meetings or fewer for monthly; 20 meetings or fewer for annual), with pro-rated refunds available only on monthly plans; annual plans receive no pro-rated refund. Refund requests must be submitted through the in-app support chat widget.
