How hard is it to cancel Firecrawl?

Firecrawl's Terms of Service state users can cancel the Services at any time; at the end of the current billing period they will no longer receive any charges (cancellation is effective at end of the paid term, not immediate). Cancellation is self-serve via the account dashboard (Settings -> Billing at firecrawl.dev/app) and members can also reach support at [email protected]. Refunds: 'We do not provide refunds for any reason on our Services,' with the sole exception that if Firecrawl can no longer offer the Services, customers receive a prorated refund for the unused portion. No partial-month refunds are issued. No pause/freeze option is documented. Account/data deletion is request-based (in writing to [email protected]) per the Privacy Policy, which honors GDPR and CCPA rights. The ToS does not include explicit step-by-step cancellation instructions or a dedicated cancellation portal, so findability of the exact in-app steps is moderate.
