How hard is it to cancel Finimize?

Finimize Pro is cancelled self-serve: on web, users go to their profile page, click 'Manage subscription,' then 'Cancel subscription / trial' (app subscriptions are cancelled through Apple or Google). Web payments are processed via Stripe and Pro access continues until the end of the billing or trial period after cancelling. A refund is available only if requested within two weeks of the charge AND no Pro content or resources have been accessed since renewal; web refunds are requested by emailing [email protected] with the subscription email, name, charge date, and Stripe receipts. App-store purchases must use Apple's or Google's own refund processes.
