How hard is it to cancel Filen (filen.io)?

Billing recurs without seeking prior approval for each charge until you notify Filen of cancellation. The Terms include a dedicated Cancellation section: you can cancel your subscription at any time using the web interface or by contacting the payment processor used, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid term. Refunds are not generally addressed beyond app-store purchases, where the App Distributor may refund per its own policy. Filen is operated from Germany.
