Figma plans can be canceled online via Admin > Settings > Cancel plan (self-serve, takes effect at end of billing period) or by emailing [email protected] for annual plans (must be within 30 days before term end). No refunds are issued on annual subscription fees upon cancellation; Pay-As-You-Go charges are also non-refundable. The sole refund exception applies if Figma increases prices and the customer cancels during the 30-day notice window. Downgrading does not delete the account; separate account deletion is available in settings.

Scope & fairness

This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights — scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
