Fi members can cancel their GPS dog collar subscription at any time via the self-serve portal at memberships.fitracking.com/manage or through the Fi mobile app, and also by phone or chat. All Series 3 membership plans carry a minimum 6-month commitment, meaning cancellation is not available until that period is completed. No pro-rated refunds are issued for the unused portion of a billing cycle; service continues through the end of the paid period. A pause option is available once per membership for month-to-month Series 3 customers who have completed their 6-month commitment, pushing the next billing date out by one month.

  • Pause/freeze: available — Pause is available for Fi Series 3 customers on a month-to-month plan who have completed the full 6-month commitment period. The pause can only be applied once per membership and must be initiated before the upcoming renewal date via memberships.fitracking.com/manage or the Fi App cancellation flow.
  • Account/data deletion: Fi allows users to request deletion of personal information collected about them. Users can also delete their Fi account via the app (support article: support.tryfi.com/hc/en-us/articles/23775134115347).
