How hard is it to cancel felix mobile?
felix mobile scores 96/100 (grade A) for how clearly it documents cancellation in the AU, among the most clearly documented cancellation policies we've scored. Cancellation is available via online (self-serve), live chat.
felix is a month-to-month subscription with no lock-in and no exit fees; you cancel any time in the felix Mobile app (chat support available). Service continues until the end of the current monthly billing cycle, and already-paid charges are not refunded (a 7-Day Happiness Guarantee refunds the first month's charge for new customers within 7 days of activation). To keep a number, port out via the new carrier (Australia: direct number transfer, no PAC); if a number is not transferred within 5 business days of a port claim the subscription is terminated. Unused data-bank data is forfeited on cancellation.

Scope & fairness
This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights, scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
