How hard is it to cancel Feeld?
Feeld scores 51/100 (grade D) for how clearly it documents cancellation in the US — a poorly documented cancellation policy. Cancellation is available via in-app, email.
Feeld (Majestic) subscriptions are cancelled through the respective app store (iOS App Store or Google Play) — the support team cannot cancel on the user's behalf — and users should also email [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, with a 3-day renewal reminder sent beforehand. The US Terms state that a prorated refund for the unused portion of the subscription period is issued on cancellation; however, purchases made through app stores are refunded only by those platforms, not by Feeld directly. There is no pause/freeze option; account deletion is permanent and must be done separately from subscription cancellation.
How to cancel Feeld
- Channels: in-app, email
- Official cancellation page: https://support.feeld.co/hc/en-gb/articles/9406793386524-Cancel-your-Majestic-membership
- Pause/freeze: not offered. No pause or freeze option is offered. Users can hide their profile as a workaround, but there is no formal subscription pause feature.
- Account/data deletion: Users can delete their account in-app via Settings > App Settings > Delete account. Data deletion requests can also be submitted via the Help Center chat bot (say 'I have a data request'). Feeld states it deletes data within 30 days; GDPR-terminated accounts are purged after an additional 90 days. Note: deleting the account does not automatically cancel a paid subscription — the subscription must be cancelled separately through the App Store or Google Play. https://support.feeld.co/hc/en-gb/articles/9406766899484-Delete-your-account

Scope & fairness
This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights — scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
