How hard is it to cancel Fastweb?
Fastweb scores 66/100 (grade C) for how clearly it documents cancellation in the IT — a partially documented cancellation policy with notable gaps. Cancellation is available via online (self-serve), phone, postal mail, in person, email.
Fastweb customers can cancel at any time via the MyFastweb online portal, by phone (192193), in-person at a Fastweb store, or by PEC/registered mail with at least 30 days' notice. A deactivation fee equal to one month's subscription (approximately €29.95) applies to standard cancellations; for contracts concluded remotely, a 14-day (extended by Fastweb to 30-day) right of withdrawal applies with no fees. If Fastweb modifies contract terms, customers may cancel penalty-free within 60 days of notification, per AGCOM Italian consumer rules. Equipment (modem, Wi-Fi Booster, NeXXt) must be returned within 45 days of deactivation or a penalty of up to €250 is charged.

Scope & fairness
This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights — scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
