Fastweb customers can cancel at any time via the MyFastweb online portal, by phone (192193), in-person at a Fastweb store, or by PEC/registered mail with at least 30 days' notice. A deactivation fee equal to one month's subscription (approximately €29.95) applies to standard cancellations; for contracts concluded remotely, a 14-day (extended by Fastweb to 30-day) right of withdrawal applies with no fees. If Fastweb modifies contract terms, customers may cancel penalty-free within 60 days of notification, per AGCOM Italian consumer rules. Equipment (modem, Wi-Fi Booster, NeXXt) must be returned within 45 days of deactivation or a penalty of up to €250 is charged.

Scope & fairness

This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights, scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
