How hard is it to cancel Fastmail?

Fastmail provides a fully self-serve online cancellation at Settings → Billing & Plan → 'Learn more and cancel this plan' → 'Confirm cancellation'. Cancellation is effective at the end of the current billing cycle, the account remains usable until expiry. No refunds are offered for unused subscription time. Users can undo cancellation before the expiry date. An immediate hard-delete option is also available in the same Billing & Plan screen. Data is permanently deleted 7 days after account closure. Downgrading to a lower plan is also self-serve via the same settings area, with unused credit applied to the new plan. No phone, email, or chat channel is required to cancel.
