How hard is it to cancel Fastly?

Fastly documents a self-serve cancellation in which the account owner or a superuser deactivates and deletes all services and TLS certificates, then selects Cancel Account under Account > Company settings and confirms with a password; the account is billed for outstanding charges accrued through the cancellation day, and the Terms of Service state minimum commitments and fees are non-cancelable and non-refundable.
