Fanatiz scores 76/100 (grade B) for how clearly it documents cancellation in the US — a clearly documented cancellation policy. Cancellation is available via online (self-serve), in-app.

Last reviewed 2026-06-06 · Documented-Policy tier · grade B

Fanatiz subscribers can cancel online via Profile > Plans and Payment Method > Manage Plan on the Fanatiz website, or through the relevant app store (Apple App Store, Google Play, Roku) if the subscription was purchased there. Cancellation must be completed at least 24 hours before the next renewal date to avoid being charged. Fanatiz has a general no-refund policy for partially used subscription periods, with a limited exception allowing prorated refunds within the first 7 calendar days of an initial subscription minus transaction costs. Deleting the app or logging out does not cancel the subscription.

How to cancel Fanatiz

  • Channels: online (self-serve), in-app
  • Official cancellation page: https://helpcenter.fanatiz.com/en/articles/6703019-how-can-i-cancel-my-subscription
  • Pause/freeze: available — Subscribers can pause once for up to 60 days at no charge via Profile > Manage Subscriptions > Pause Subscription. The subscription auto-resumes after 60 days; a prorated credit is applied upon reactivation. The pause can only be used once per account.
  • Refund policy: https://helpcenter.fanatiz.com/en/articles/12600715-refund-policy
  • Account/data deletion: Account deletion is available via Profile settings on watch.fanatiz.com. Users must first cancel their subscription before deleting the account; account deletion alone does not stop billing. A dedicated help article (Delete the Account) explains the two-step process. https://helpcenter.fanatiz.com/en/articles/12084144-delete-the-account

Scope & fairness

This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights — scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
