Fairing is a Shopify-billed app and its own Terms govern its refund stance. A merchant may terminate for convenience at any time by ceasing use, deleting the account, and uninstalling the Services; if the subscription was purchased via Shopify, renewal can be cancelled at any time through Shopify. Usage charges are billed in 30-day intervals and invoiced via Shopify, and subscriptions auto-renew for equal-length terms until cancelled. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable except as expressly provided, and no refund is given for fees already paid for the current Subscription period. Once cancellation of the account is confirmed, the merchant's information may be deleted from the Services.

Scope & fairness

This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights — scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
