How hard is it to cancel Factor?
Factor scores 76/100 (grade B) for how clearly it documents cancellation in the US — a clearly documented cancellation policy. Cancellation is available via online (self-serve), email, phone.
Factor subscriptions can be cancelled online via Account Dashboard → Settings → Meals → Cancel Subscription, by email to [email protected], or by phone at 1-888-573-5727. Cancellation must be completed before the weekly lock deadline (5 days before delivery, e.g. Wednesday 9:59 PM ET for Mon/Tue deliveries) or the upcoming box will be charged and shipped. No prorated refund is issued for the current subscription week; the subscription simply does not renew after the current week ends. A pause option is available at no charge for any unprocessed week.

Scope & fairness
This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights — scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
