Factor subscriptions can be cancelled online via Account Dashboard → Settings → Meals → Cancel Subscription, by email to [email protected], or by phone at 1-888-573-5727. Cancellation must be completed before the weekly lock deadline (5 days before delivery, e.g. Wednesday 9:59 PM ET for Mon/Tue deliveries) or the upcoming box will be charged and shipped. No prorated refund is issued for the current subscription week; the subscription simply does not renew after the current week ends. A pause option is available at no charge for any unprocessed week.
