How hard is it to cancel F45 Training?
F45 Training scores 52/100 (grade D) for how clearly it documents cancellation in the US — a poorly documented cancellation policy. Cancellation is available via online (self-serve), in person, email.
F45 Training offers an online cancellation request form embedded on its FAQ page (f45training.com/faqs/) where members submit their email address to initiate cancellation. However, submission of the form does not immediately cancel the membership — the request is forwarded to the member's local franchise studio for verification and processing. The studio processes the cancellation in accordance with the member's contract terms and applicable law, including any required notice period (commonly 14–30 days) and any early termination fees if cancelling before the contract end date. In-person and direct email contact with the home studio are also accepted channels. Refunds are handled at the franchise level; F45 corporate states it cannot process refunds on behalf of studios.

Scope & fairness
This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights — scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
