Cancellation within 3 hours before vehicle handover is penalty-free. No-show incurs up to 3 days' rental charge. Refunds processed via original payment method within 7-10 working days post-confirmation cancellations (24 hours if cancelled before confirmation). Amounts under AED 20 are credited to wallet only. Subscription (car subscription service) cancellation also requires contacting support; specific early-termination fees depend on the plan.
