How hard is it to cancel eZhire?
eZhire scores 49/100 (grade D) for how clearly it documents cancellation in the AE, a poorly documented cancellation policy. Cancellation is available via in-app, email, phone.
To cancel a booking or subscription, customers must contact eZhire support via phone (+971 4 459 4600), email ([email protected]), or in-app chat, there is no self-serve online cancellation button. For standard bookings: free cancellation if cancelled 7+ days before the booking date (minus admin/transaction charges); within 7 days, fees apply (1 day's rent for daily, 2 days for weekly, 3 days for monthly rentals). Cancellation within 3 hours before vehicle handover is penalty-free. No-show incurs up to 3 days' rental charge. Refunds processed via original payment method within 7-10 working days post-confirmation cancellations (24 hours if cancelled before confirmation). Amounts under AED 20 are credited to wallet only. Subscription (car subscription service) cancellation also requires contacting support; specific early-termination fees depend on the plan.

Scope & fairness
This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights, scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
