How hard is it to cancel Exxen?

Exxen subscribers can cancel online via the account settings page (Profile > Account & Settings > Subscription Information > Cancel Subscription), by calling the call centre at 0850 241 8148, or by emailing [email protected]. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, so access continues until the paid period expires and no partial refunds are issued for used periods. No right of withdrawal applies under Turkish Distance Sales Regulation Article 15(ğ) because the service is digital content already being consumed; subscribers who purchased via digital membership codes have no cancellation right at all.
