How hard is it to cancel ExpertFlyer?
ExpertFlyer scores 82/100 (grade B) for how clearly it documents cancellation in the US — a clearly documented cancellation policy. Cancellation is available via online (self-serve).
To cancel an ExpertFlyer subscription, the user logs in, clicks the My Account link, opens the Subscription tab, sets the Renewal Type to No Renewal, and clicks Save; email or phone requests do not count as cancellation. New first-time accounts get a 5-day free trial and are not billed if cancelled within those 5 days; otherwise billing begins on the 5th day and renews monthly or yearly automatically. The Service is billed in advance and is non-refundable, with no refunds or credits for partial months or years, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or unused months on an open account. Cancellation before the period ends takes effect at the end of the current paid period, with no further charge.

Scope & fairness
This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights — scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
