How hard is it to cancel EVE Online?
EVE Online scores 77/100 (grade B) for how clearly it documents cancellation in the US — a clearly documented cancellation policy. Cancellation is available via online (self-serve).
Subscriptions can be cancelled online at any time via Account Management (Account Info > Cancel Subscription), available for Credit Card and PayPal recurring plans only. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period — the account reverts to free Alpha state when remaining game time runs out, with no mid-cycle proration. Per the EULA, all fees are non-refundable; refund requests via support ticket are possible but unlikely to be granted for already-used Omega time or PLEX. No subscription pause or freeze option exists.
