How hard is it to cancel EVE Online?

Subscriptions can be cancelled online at any time via Account Management (Account Info > Cancel Subscription), available for Credit Card and PayPal recurring plans only. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, the account reverts to free Alpha state when remaining game time runs out, with no mid-cycle proration. Per the EULA, all fees are non-refundable; refund requests via support ticket are possible but unlikely to be granted for already-used Omega time or PLEX. No subscription pause or freeze option exists.
