How hard is it to cancel eToro (Club Subscription)?
eToro (Club Subscription) scores 80/100 (grade B) for how clearly it documents cancellation in the GB — a clearly documented cancellation policy. Cancellation is available via online (self-serve), app-store.
eToro launched a paid eToro Club Subscription at GBP/EUR/USD 4.99 per month or 49.99 per year (with a 7-day free trial), which unlocks Platinum tier benefits previously reserved for users holding USD 25,000 or more in balance. This is a genuine cancellable subscription distinct from the AUM-based Club tiers. Users can terminate the subscription through eToro account settings in the Club/Membership section; if billed through an app store (Apple App Store or Google Play), cancellation must be done with that store. First-time subscribers can request a full refund through customer support within the first 14 days of the initial payment, with no refunds afterward. When cancelled, at the end of the current period the account reverts to the Club tier matching the actual tier-balance.

Scope & fairness
This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights — scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
