eprimo (RWE-owned German discount brand) grants a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal (Widerruf) for electricity and gas contracts concluded by letter, email, phone, online, or off-premises (doorstep), with no reason required. The withdrawal must be sent to eprimo GmbH, Flughafenstrasse 20, 63263 Neu-Isenburg, and the 14-day clock only starts once the consumer has been properly informed of the withdrawal right. After a valid withdrawal eprimo refunds all payments already made, including delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the notice. Ordinary termination (Kuendigung) follows the contract notice period; switching is typically handled by the new supplier.

Scope & fairness

This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights — scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
