How hard is it to cancel Epic!?
Epic! scores 75/100 (grade B) for how clearly it documents cancellation in the US — a clearly documented cancellation policy. Cancellation is available via online (self-serve), in-app, email.
Subscribers can cancel online via the Parent Dashboard (Account Settings > Manage Subscription > Cancel) on getepic.com, or through the iOS App Store / Google Play if subscribed via those platforms. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — access continues through the paid cycle, and Epic does not issue partial refunds for unused time under any plan. Subscriptions are non-refundable in most cases; billing errors may be addressed by contacting [email protected]. There is no pause or freeze option documented by Epic directly.

Scope & fairness
This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights — scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
