Cancellation ("dar de baja") can be requested online via Mi Entel portal or the Entel app (Desactivación de servicio → Descontratación de plan), by phone at 103/600 3600 103, by WhatsApp, or in-store; only the account holder may request it. Chilean law requires Entel to process and execute the cancellation within 24 business hours of the request. Billing is prorated: a partial invoice covers only the days the service was active in the final month, and advance-paid fixed charges are refunded proportionally within 10 business days (debit/cash) or 72 business hours (credit card). A temporary suspension option exists (3–9 months, CLP $15,000/number) for customers with a clean payment record and at least 6 months of contract history.
