How hard is it to cancel Endesa?
Endesa scores 64/100 (grade C) for how clearly it documents cancellation in the ES — a partially documented cancellation policy with notable gaps. Cancellation is available via email, online (self-serve), phone.
Endesa (Spain) consumers who contracted at a distance (phone or internet) or off-premises have a 14-calendar-day right of withdrawal (derecho de desistimiento) from signature, with no penalty and no reason required, exercised by an unequivocal statement such as a letter sent by post, fax, or email, optionally using Endesa's withdrawal form model sent by certified mail. This 14-day right applies even where the tariff has a permanencia commitment, and the supplier cannot impose the permanence penalty for withdrawals within the window. Beyond 14 days, ordinary termination (baja) is free and can be requested at any time; Endesa then notifies the distributor. When switching comercializadora the new supplier handles the cancellation and there is no supply interruption.

Scope & fairness
This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights — scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
