For subscriptions purchased on ELSASPEAK.COM, cancellation is self-serve through a Stripe-hosted billing portal: enter the ELSA account email to receive a login link, then click cancel. After cancelling, access remains active until the stated expiration date with no further charges. Only payments made within 7 days are eligible for a refund, requiring an email to support with the receipt. Subscriptions bought through Apple or Google must be cancelled and refunded through those stores.
