How hard is it to cancel ElevenLabs?

Cancellation is self-serve online (profile icon → Subscription → Manage subscription → Cancel subscription) or via the mobile app through Apple/Google Manage Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle, with access and features retained until then; unused credits are forfeited at that point. No refunds are issued for the remaining subscription period ('all sales are final'); a 14-day refund window exists only if no credits were used during that period, handled by contacting support. Prepaid credits are explicitly non-refundable under all circumstances.
