How hard is it to cancel eDreams Prime?
eDreams Prime scores 68/100 (grade C) for how clearly it documents cancellation in the ES — a partially documented cancellation policy with notable gaps. Cancellation is available via online (self-serve), in-app, phone.
eDreams Prime members in Spain can cancel online via My Account > My Prime Account > Manage Subscription > Cancel, or by calling the free 24/7 Prime hotline (+34 935 500 140). Under EU/Spanish consumer law, members have a 14-day right of withdrawal from a paid membership, with a refund of the Prime fee less any Prime Fares discounts already used during the withdrawal period. After 14 days, cancellation disables auto-renewal but no refund is issued for the remaining subscription term.

Scope & fairness
This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights — scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
