Earthlove allows subscribers to cancel at any time by logging into their online account or by emailing [email protected]; cancellation must be received before the next billing/renewal date to avoid being charged. Quarterly subscribers are billed on the 1st of each quarterly shipping month (March, June, September, December). Annual and bi-annual subscribers who cancel are held to the end of their prepaid term with no refund on remaining boxes. A 2-day grace period post-renewal exists for refund requests, minus payment processing fees.
