EA Play can be cancelled online via the EA account portal (PC), through the EA app, or via the platform's subscription management page (PlayStation, Xbox, Steam); Epic Games Store subscribers must contact Epic Support directly. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, access and benefits continue until then. EA Play memberships are not refundable for US customers; a full refund is only available for certain non-US regions (EEA, UK, Brazil, Korea, etc.) if cancelled within 14 days without using any benefits. No pause or freeze option exists.
