Durable subscriptions can be cancelled online via the dashboard by navigating to Settings > Billing > Cancel Plan and confirming cancellation through on-screen prompts. Access continues through the end of the current billing cycle with no further charges. Per the Terms of Service, subscription fees are explicitly non-cancelable and non-refundable. There is no documented pause or freeze option.
