How hard is it to cancel Durable?

Durable subscriptions can be cancelled online via the dashboard by navigating to Settings > Billing > Cancel Plan and confirming cancellation through on-screen prompts. Access continues through the end of the current billing cycle with no further charges. Per the Terms of Service, subscription fees are explicitly non-cancelable and non-refundable. There is no documented pause or freeze option.

• Pause/freeze: not offered. No pause option is documented in the Durable Help Center. Cancellation ends the subscription at the end of the current billing cycle with no intermediate pause state.
• Account/data deletion: Self-serve account deletion via Settings > Profile > Delete account. Requires typing the account email and the phrase 'Delete my data and account' to confirm.
