Drip subscriptions can be canceled online at any time via Billing Settings by the account owner; high-volume accounts may be directed to contact a Success Manager instead. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, with access retained until then and the ability to reverse the cancellation before the period ends. Monthly plans receive no refunds for unused time; to avoid the next month's charge, users must contact Drip within 3 business days of their renewal date. Annual plans qualify for a refund within 30 days of initial purchase or 45 days of annual renewal.

Scope & fairness

This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights — scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
