Down Dog subscriptions are cancelled through the platform where they were purchased: Apple App Store or Google Play Store for mobile in-app purchases, or through the website Account portal (Account > Membership > turn off Auto Renew) for web/direct purchases. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period (monthly or annual); no partial-period refunds are issued. Purchases through Apple, Android, or Amazon are explicitly non-refundable; web purchases may be eligible for refunds at the company's discretion. Price-change notice of at least 30 days by email is provided.
