How hard is it to cancel doola?

There is no self-serve in-dashboard cancel button. To cancel, contact doola support at [email protected] and request cancellation of the next renewal. Cancellation stops future renewals; you retain service through the end of the current subscription period. doola does not refund subscription/plan fees once cancelled (you keep access to period end). A refund may be issued only if you cancel before any service is performed or before an application is submitted to a state/government agency; once an agency is reviewing your filing, no refund is given. A separate Money-Back Guarantee program exists, with claims reviewed manually by support.
