Doodle Professional subscriptions are cancelled online by navigating to Account Settings > Subscription and disabling auto-renewal; the plan remains active until the end of the current billing term. Annual subscribers may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase; monthly subscribers may request a prorated refund at any time as required by law. No mid-term cancellation with a full refund is available outside these windows per the General Terms and Conditions. There is no pause or freeze option; the alternative to full cancellation is downgrading to the free tier.

Scope & fairness

This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights — scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
