  • Pause/freeze: available, Monthly billing only: pause from the account page; it takes effect at the end of the current cycle and you lose access (and aren't charged) while paused.
  • Account/data deletion: Cancelling does NOT delete your Disney+ or MyDisney account. Delete via Account Settings -> Delete Account, confirmed with a 6-digit email code (permanent). https://help.disneyplus.com/article/disneyplus-delete-account
