When billed directly by Hotstar, users cancel self-serve from the in-account 'My Space' / Account Settings area, where active plans, renewal dates and the billing partner are shown; the Terms of Use confirm re-subscription is done from the 'My Space' page. If the subscription was purchased via Apple App Store or Google Play, cancellation must be performed in that store's subscription settings. Billed subscription fees are non-refundable, including for partially used periods; cancellation only stops the next renewal and access continues to the end of the current cycle. Telecom/partner bundle subscriptions (Jio, Airtel, etc.) do not auto-renew. The official help center (help.hotstar.com) redirects to hotstar.com's FAQ for account and billing support.
